The curricula and objectives of most of the CED training programs are in place to carry out any future training. Furthermore, the department is capable of designing, developing, and delivering most of these and any other programs whenever required within a short period of time.

CED develops the training materials and chooses the instructor, based on the needs and the ability of the participants and the needs of the community. In addition, CED activities are offered at Palestine polytechnic university training facilities and premises.
