The Leadership Laboratory was established in 1994 with funding from Germany through the GTZ Foundation. It operates under the Electrical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering. The primary focus of the laboratory is to support the Electric Drive course. The laboratory aims to familiarize students with both Direct Current (DC) and Alternating Current (AC) motors. Additionally, it rovides instruction on speed control methods and the construction of closed-loop and open-loop control systems. The laboratory plays a crucial role in enhancing students' understanding of electric drives and control systems.
