Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) graduates participants in the rehabilitation program 'Hebron Vocational Gathering' in workplace safety and health matters

PPU celebrated the graduation of a number of trainers from the leather and shoes sector as part of the 'Hebron Vocational Gathering' rehabilitation program. The event took place at the Headquarter of the University Graduates Union (UGU) and was attended by Mr. Ahmed Tamimi, the president of the UGU and the Head of the Board of Trustees, in addition to the UGU members, Hebron Mayor, representatives of the Gathering, PPU president and his vice presidents, the director of the Palestinian National Center of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Protection, engineer Nafeth Sharawi, and representatives of the private and public sectors in Hebron.

In their talks, speakers addressed the issue of safety and health in the workplace and the importance of providing protection to workers through conducting training progarms and workshops in this field.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants received certificates of participation.
