A presentation has been delivered on the British Council scholarship “ HESPAL " at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU), in the presence of a delegation from the British Council, headed by Myrna Qassis, the Coordinator of Grants and Higher Education Program, and Malak Abu Maizar, an employee at the British Council Public Relations. It has also been attended by the PPU Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Mustafa Abu al-Safa, and the University staff.
Dr. Abu al-Safa praised the existing cooperation between the British Council and the Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) and stressed the importance of obtaining a “ HESPAL" scholarship for the master's and doctoral graduates.
The candidates for this scholarship at the University expressed their satisfaction and happiness for their educational experience in the UK universities in Britain and they were thankful to the British Council for offering such opportunities and grants to students and professors alike.
Then, Ms. Myrna Qassis and Mrs. Malak Abu Maizar explained how to get "HESPAL" scholarship and its terms and conditions and how the teaching staff at the Palestinian universities can get benefit of these scholarships. They also encouraged academics to do the English language exam "IELTS".
