PPU equips Industrial Disciplines with Advanced equipment

With the start of the academic year 2022–2023, the College of Applied Professions at PPU equipped the Welding Lab with high-quality and advanced equipment, including a robotic arm and an ultrasonic welding quality inspection device. These additions are the first step in enhancing the Welding Lab outputs within the industrial manufacturing programs offered by the university. The Welding Lab development plan comes at a time when several distinct programs have been added, including Sustainable Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Product Design and Industrial Machine Operators. Moreover, PPU is working on adding a Manufacturing and Industrial Process Engineering Program. These programs serve the industrial and manufacturing sectors effectively and efficiently.

It is worth mentioning that the Sustainable Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Machine Operators were funded by the German Foundation for International Cooperation (GIZ).
