The College of Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) hosted Dr. Bashar Takrouri, an expert in" the Internet of Things" at IBM, and a graduate of Computer Systems Engineering at the University. Dr. al-Takrouri gave a specialized lecture at the Martyr Belal Amro Theatre in which he clarified the international concepts of "the internet of things" and the latest trends employed in this technology. Then he talked about his own experience in this field, citing some examples from his own life. Then he gave the audience bits of advice and some rules that can serve the students and help them in their future.
In the end, the lecture was opened for discussion and Dr. al-Takrouri expressed his desire and willingness to collaborate with the college and the students in all various fields.
The University administration in turn expressed their appreciation to Dr. al-Takrouri and how proud they are of him, considering his story a success because he was one of the university graduates who was outstanding and excellent.
