Palestine Polytechnic University receives the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Palestine and a delegation from the University of Stephan Weise kesse of the Netherlands

 
The PPU received Mr. Salah Omar Attallah, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Palestine,, and a delegation from the Polish University of Stefan Weis Kesse which included Prof. Stanlow Dzikonski, the President of the University, and his Vice President Deputy Professor Zenon Hanas. They were received by the PPU's President Dr. Imad Khatib. Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Mustafa Abu Safa, Vice President for Planning and Development Mr. Ayman Sultan, and the University International Relations Officer Mr. Ayman Al-Saeed.
After the University President Dr. Imad  Khatib welcomed the guests, he briefed the history of the University, its academic programs, its achievements and future plans, and the role it plays to serve the local community in all its sections. He also talked about the University's projects and its various facilities and discussed cooperation prospects in the fields of academic programs in medicine, engineering and information technology.
The guests were taken on a tour to the university. They visited the biotechnology labs, and Dr. Yaqoub Al-Ashhab, the Director of the Palestinian Korean Center for Biotechnology, reviewed the laboratories and the achievements and research projects . Then they were taken to  the Center of Stone and Marble where the engineer Jawad al-Haj, the Director of the Center, reviewed the stone and marble specialization, its laboratories and the achievements and the projects of the students of the Marble and Stone.
The guests expressed their admiration for the University and its achievements, and they thanked the University for the good hospitality. They also emphasized the importance of having cooperation that serves their common interests and broaden their horizons.
