EU-supported REACH project wraps up training programs for PPU students and alumni

Palestine Polytechnic University recently concluded three training programs for its students and graduates aimed at enhancing their skills and capabilities. The programs focused on remote work skills, communication, and information technology, and were organized as part of the REACH project, supported by the European Union. The training sessions were held in the university's facilities and laboratories and presented by experienced trainers who had received intensive training at Middlesex University in London and Università degli Studi di Milano in Rome.

The training programs were attended by 50 trainees, students, and graduates from various programs. The programs included practical applications in the field of information technology, with a focus on cybersecurity, mobile application design, and remote work platforms. Through interactive activities, the participants were also trained in problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. The training ended with a session on how to create successful profiles, search for jobs, and win projects in various fields.

The REACH project has enabled PPU to offer specialized training programs to its students and graduates, thereby improving their employability and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in the workforce. The university aims to continue providing such training opportunities to its students in the future and to expand its collaboration with international partners to enhance the quality of education and research at the university.
