Palestine Polytechnic University took part in the TESOL ARABIA conference, an annual event organized by the Arab Union for Teaching English in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The conference was held from 10th to 12th March 2023, and featured a presentation by Dr. Hazem Hashish from the Department of Linguistics and Translation at the College of Humanities and Educational Sciences.
Dr. Hashish spoke about the challenges and opportunities of teaching English in Palestine and proposed solutions to improve the quality of education in this field. The conference attracted many English teaching experts from around the world, who shared their knowledge and experiences about teaching English in the Arab world.
