• Creating, updating and following up the strategic plan and action plans of PPU
• Creating and following up partnerships with local, regional and international partners  
• Preparing developmental projects proposals and seeking funds for the University needs from local, regional and international donors. 
• Projects follow up and coordination with donors for granting in cooperation with the Projects Management Unit
