This policy aims to organize and standardize procedures for applying to vacant positions (academic, administrative, and technical) at Palestine Polytechnic University through approved electronic means, in line with university regulations, ensuring fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity, and contributing to the efficiency of recruitment and selection processes in alignment with the university's direction toward digital transformation and institutional governance.

Scope of Application
This policy applies to:
- All academic positions (faculty members, full-time lecturers, researchers).
- All administrative and technical positions.
- All applicants, whether from within or outside the university.
- Relevant administrative and academic units, particularly the HR department and recruitment-related units.
Job Announcements
Vacancies are announced through the university's official website or the approved e-recruitment portal. Job announcements must include at least:
- Job title.
- Job category (academic/administrative/technical).
- Required qualifications and experience.
- Application conditions and selection mechanism.
- Application receipt period.
Application Submission Mechanism
- Job applications must be submitted electronically only through the HR department's approved recruitment system.
- Applicants must create their own electronic account and complete the application form fully and accurately.
- Required documents must be attached electronically, including (depending on the position): CV, academic certificates, transcripts, experience certificates, and any other supporting documents specified in the announcement.
- Paper applications or applications submitted outside the approved electronic system are not accepted.
Acceptance Conditions
- The applicant bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data and information submitted.
- Incomplete applications or those not meeting the job announcement criteria are excluded.
- Applications may not be modified after the application period specified in the announcement has ended.
Academic Recruitment Requirements
Academic recruitment is subject to the university's approved academic appointment regulations. Applicants for academic positions must:

General Provisions
